The first one was a bit of a rush as I was living in Tampa and moving to Dallas in a few weeks with no time to fly out to visit. I put my faith in Jessica and she found a great apartment in Victory Park that was brand new and had a nice incentive program. I enjoyed 14 months of convenience, safety and hospitality in that one. I had done a little research on apartments online on my own from Florida and Jessica was never negative about anything that I asked about. She did point out that some of the places were probably not what I was looking for. One was a new complex built on top of a landfill. I had no idea about that and wouldn't have discovered it until I moved to Texas if not for Jessica breaking the news to me.

A little more than a year after moving to Dallas, I needed a new apartment again. There was nothing wrong with the current one, but I wanted something closer to work. Jessica found it in no time. It was perfect - right in the heart of Lower Greenville next to all kinds of entertainment, restaurants, a movie theater and tons of nightlife within walking distance. Again, this one was running an awesome special and my rent was unbelievably affordable. I enjoyed it for a year and then decided it was time for another change.

I called Jessica for the third time. This time it was because I wanted a place downtown. I recently upgraded my job and now work in downtown Dallas, so I wanted to live there too. Jessica found a great selection of high rises within a day or two of me asking. She met my girlfriend and me on a Saturday and we went to visit them all. For different reasons none of those worked out, but Jessica did not quit. She found exactly what I wanted and as a result I am sitting here in this beautiful place typing this testimonial from my 17th story home with an amazing view of our city. I plan to stay put in this one for a while, but nobody can see the future.

If my needs change and for some reason I need new place next year (or any other time in the future), I will without a doubt call Jessica and put my trust in her expertise.
